The focus of these sessions will be on supporting you in developing a healthy connection to your resources and aliveness.
In dealing with any mental, emotional, or relationship challenges that you are facing in your life today, the first step is learning how to direct your attention inwards toward the thoughts, emotions, and sensations associated with painful and distressing experiences that arise in you at this present moment in your life. Rather than trying to avoid or disconnect from these overwhelming and powerful feelings, you will first learn how to contain, allow and accept their presence within you.
Facing your distress in this way takes courage and the passion to want to know yourself in a deep and sincere way. Yet, in learning to be with these difficult feelings, they will over time resolve, creating a space within you for your inner resources to spontaneously arise and take their natural place within you. The energetic heaviness attached to your fears, anxieties, and depression will gradually lift, and be replaced by an aliveness and trust, newly felt in your life and relationships.
